Ultimately, I love the work I do. I love the people I work with and that every day is diffent. In Time where cost of living is so expensive it is tempting to look elsewhere but I am hoping that my hard work, dedication to the company and desire to make a difference will pay off long term

I love the work that I do and I love the events that we deliver. The team is a large part of the reason I am sticking around, I do not feel fairly rewarded for pay though and the cost of living is only going up. I worry, I can't afford to stay on

I feel very heard and very seen

We laugh a lot and can share ideas

I feel like we are all in the trenches together. I really love the team i work with

I really enjoy the people I work with But do not feel that we are fairly rewarded in pay or leave structure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel others are complacent in their role and New and innovative ideas which bring in additional revenue streams. Do not account for your bonus.

I feel like the level of work I produce, the results speak for themselves and this makes me feel happy to know that we have done this

One of the newer employees in the business, i feel like long term employees are rewarded more even though the level of work, the results and level of input are stronger from myself then people who seem to just deligate
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Whilst i feel really heard and valued, i dont think the reward or pay structure is right. People who have been who longer and who dont work as hard, earn more. I feel its unfair and it seems unattainable for me to achieve their wage without waiting less than 5 years
