The home office benefit makes me happy because i don't have to leave my cats alone at home

Sometimes we have activities where anyone can participate, i think is a good way to be in touch with others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensations by type of position should be available for everyone so there would not be any person with a different salary
