it feels like inclusivity is really part of the company values
I'm not "excited" but not bored either. perspective of evolution might improve my excitment
base wages are ok, but salary evolution is ridiculous (not even inflation %). It feels this only way to really increase wage is to change company. Adding a year bonus related to personal objectives (10%?) for marketing teams will give motivation and boost implication to achieve tradeshow success
