Really nice experience within my team and tradeshow I work on is really interesting, but company in general seem like a lot of process and not all managers seems to make their team members grow which is essential to me

it feels like inclusivity is really part of the company values
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not "excited" but not bored either. perspective of evolution might improve my excitment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
base wages are ok, but salary evolution is ridiculous (not even inflation %). It feels this only way to really increase wage is to change company. Adding a year bonus related to personal objectives (10%?) for marketing teams will give motivation and boost implication to achieve tradeshow success
