Creativity and strong team spirit. We consistently come up with solutions and ideas that drives our projects forward. We support each other, collaborate effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be limited opportunities for me to advance in my role or take on more responsibilities that align with my skills and aspirations. I would appreciate more transparency and clarity regarding the company's salary structure and how my compensation is determined.
