I enjoy the company and the people I work with. I like what I do. I think sometimes bandwidth is a huge issue. I understand working late, but I work late way too much without compensation. My work life balance isn't the best 8 months out of the year, and that needs to be recognized.

Everyone is inclusive and kind and welcoming.

I do think there is a decent amount of transparency.

my team is friendly and kind. I feel heard and seen.

The transparency and communication between the SLT and the rest of the company.

The flexibility of remote work, the travel perks, the people I work with, and the work is super fun.

I enjoy what I do. I enjoy the show that I work on and getting to try new things.

the company really cares about the employees and that shows. It's important to listen to those that work for you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super energetic and excited to be part of the company. Traveling with coworkers is really fun and we get to have some cool experiences. My team really cares about the needs of others which is important. We are always working to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is extremely low. I know I am salary, but when I am working 60-70+ hours a week during my show cycle, it's frustrating to not be able to receive some type of recognition for that. I cannot afford to live on my own in my late 20's with my salary. It is WAY below industry standards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am 27 years old and cannot afford to live on my own with my current salary. Even a basic apartment is out of reach. About 8 months out of the year, I am working a ton of overtime, close to 20 hours a week, sometimes more, and I am not compensated for that. My salary is well below the average.
