We are very committed, and open to adapt to changes and challenges. We have a good communication.

I like RX cares about people, our inclusive programs, the access I have for training and courses.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love trade shows, I like the people I work with, and the office is beautiful and comfortable, I really enjoy what I do for job.

I like that we have an open communication, and that I can contribute with my ideas and creativity, they listen to me and they give us clear guide path.

I like meetings with my peers (same position), we can learn from each other, I also like to interact with other areas and solve challenges together, I love to see all young people working at RX, so we can create a great energy, strengthening the company´s value including d
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I like the company and my responsibilities, but this type of job is very demanding, and according to current cost of living, is somehow challenging to pay all my main needs for me and my family, So I would say that according to my level of responsibilities it could be a better based salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the open communication with everyone, whether if it is the President of the Americas, or the CFO, or my direct boss, all have been open to talk and learn from them, I like to do this same way with my colleagues, I am always open to collaborate and help, so I like the culture of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is my first time I will receive my annual bonus, I hope it is fair, since I have been very commited. For me it is important to have my personal life solved for my family with my salary, now I am a bit tight with my income, I hope to have a good adjustment soon, because I am happy at the company.
