Every day, I put 110% max effort into my job at RX and in return I'm compensated for it. I understand it is a business arrangement that either side can walk away from at any time.

Post covid, I would say the culture at RX was very family orientated. In 2024, it has shifted to the traditional cold impersonal corporate structure and the assumption is the company will continue trending in this direction. Ask staff the same question a year from now.
