I like being part of RX. I just worry about the economy right now. But RX is very inclusive and are open to new ideas. I'm happy being part of RX.

I believe I could be paid more for the work I've done

when we sell a bunch of exhibit space and attendee registration is skyrocket.

I like the fast pace, i like how accessible folks are, and the diversity of people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should have a bigger match on our Retirment fund. I'm also never satisfied with my pay.

they listen, they are supportive and knowledgeable of the industry. They never ask for us to do something they are not up to doing themselves. i appreciate that.

Seeing the improvements of my event. selling of a booth, having a positive conversation with a key account, building a new collaboration. Staying on budget, just watching my show come together.

I like seeing the growth of my shows. I enjoy when my salesperson is excited about a sale. I like how passionate my marketing team gets on email campaigns. I love hearing our visitors complement our customer service and our exhibitors saying how easy it was to set-up.
