Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It may help to review market-based salaries and clarify growth paths and share timelines so advancement feels performance-driven. Many also miss the company offered coupon site; the points system, due to taxes, feels less valuable, less used/available and could be improved.
