Sales people are still the highest valued members. Everyone else is just there to enable them.
It used to be a great company. Since Covid it went steeply downhill. Everything is about the money and numbers, not the people. And the money is only shared by the high-ranking people, not the "lower" people who are more essential to the company's success than any leader.
It has changed too much. First the combination with Austria, now with England. It went from great to okay to bad. Too much cultural difference. Why are we expected to do everthing in English, why not the other way around?
open-minded, friendly people, always fun to talk to
I do not know them yet.
Nothing at the moment. Sorry.
Do not force people into other country's work space.
Equal pay, stop protecting mean superiors, make office day voluntary.
We are nice and like each other. Not applicable to all in the company.
The possibility of taking up to 3 homeoffice days per week. Hopefully it stays this way.
When I get to stay in the homeoffice instead of having to travel to the office.
Fair and equal pay and benefits. The choice whether I work from home or in the office.
The commute is terrible, the atmosphere in the building is toxic, there is too much administration around doing the job
Look really at the people working here. Ask for their needs. Pay attention to the "lower" people, not just the ones in the managing area.
Home office days. When I do not have to waste time to travel to an office where it is loud, I cannot concentrate - and where I do not feel welcome.
It would be great if people who work in the background and not at the front of the shows would get the same financial recognition. The same applies to men and women.
My compensation is still in the lowest range. I can barely manage my expenses. But nobody cares. And nobody cares whether I am happy after being pushed into a team full of strangers.
Stop outsourcing the work to Manila. This is not working out very good. Stop centralizing essential departments every serious company needs to have (IT, HR, Finance). It is not enough to have someone working on the issues from far away.
I feel unseen and not appreciated enough. Pay raises are only for people who make noise and a fuss about themselves, not the ones who do their work silently and get great yearly evaluations. The work-life-balance sucks, especially when you have to commute to work.
Acknowledge that there is a huge difference between the German and the English Team: Language, culture etc. They assume everyone from Germany is fine adapting to the English teams and processes. But it is difficult. And why do the German colleagues have to adapt? Why not the English?
There are too many big egos, some think they are better than others and show that, too. The problem is that everybody knows and no one does anything about it. Some people are just more equal than others. So it does not matter if they treat their underlings badly.
I do not feel comfortable in the office. The commute is terrible. But nevertheless I am forced to come twice a week. I am put into a new team where I do not know anybody. - And I do not have the feeling they want to get to know me. Plus everything is in English now. That is very inconvenient.
