The best thing about our team is the collaboration and strong sense of responsibility. Even with the high number of events and tight deadlines, everyone supports each other and delivers with quality and commitment.

The feeling of being undervalued comes from the gap between the effort required and the return received. Salary adjustments aligned with new responsibilities usually happen years later, long after the extra work is taken on.
