I am glad that I can be part of RX Global family, and I am grateful for that. However, there are still things that should be changed and improved, at least in our BU. I used to work as an Key account manager for a corporate, and I feel like that was the right job for me, not the company.

that we motivate each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as per comparison to salaries to other colleagues to other BU, almost no benefits, no work phones
What do you like best about the leadership team?
to be seen as equal, to get better leads and contacts, to have access to information we need, to have equipment we need for doing this job right, to get a chance to work on more shows selling stands, and to have the possibility to become a key account manager
