I do not like the fact that we do not have a career plan and that we are underpaid. The speech is that it is a competitive salary, when we know it's not. I do never receive constructive feedback on my work, just that I'm great at it, but never am recognised for it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they make sure to apply the company's strategies to our shows
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting my team is the only things that makes me happy. Because, as mentioned before, we are unmotivated and it's good to talk about that with people that feel the same way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very relaxed. However, I hate that HR and IT have become impersonal "entities" and hard to reach. In my BU, I never know who takes care of what, regarding systems and bureaucracies
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team used to be amazing! unfortunately, because they have been underpaid for a while, 1/3 of the team left in the past 6 months and the rest of the team is undermotivated. We do an amazing job, we have some of the companies best NPS' at our shows, yet, our salaries are horrible. We're all close
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at the company for over 6 years and, even though I'm always complimented about my job, I do never get a finantial recognition. In the past 6 months, we've lost 4 people due to salary - the market pays a lot better than RX. Getting a raise and a career plan would make me feel better
