There has been no continuity over the last years. Changes in structure, personell and Company culture have made the company very unstable. There is a fear of loosing your job every month now since structures and departments are changed very reguarly.

More transparency about job hierarchy and the corresponding pay levels
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Performance is not measured by a standard but by individual impressions of each manager. therefore there is a big gap in quality of work and engagement.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Empower people to make their own decisions and organize their work themselves. The collaboration between Showteams and the departments needs to get better, for this people need to feel responsible for each and every project
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give reason to believe in their skills and decision. Show they care about their employees and are trying to align company goals and employee satisfaction. Treat every body fairly and hold every employee to the same standards.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everybody needs to work toward a common goal. There needs to be more initiative and own drive to do the best job possible. Right now there is a lack of understanding of the jobs and own ideas and strategies. Nobody works without a directly given task and briefing.
