Great, but there is room for improvement from SLT - they have a bit of an old fashioned and rigid way of looking at things and I have been told many, many times we are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, yet my experience is this is not possible

Everyone is friendly and welcoming
What makes you most happy at work?
The events I sell on and my clients - wide ranging, really interesting and exciting. And my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission structure is overly complicated and seems set up not to compensate sales people fairly and for the company to make more money. Its not motivating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening. Not all shows are the same and clients are not the same. My market is very different to the majority of RX shows. Our approach is different. Some of the SLT are too corporate in their approach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all understand each other, everyone has their skill set in their areas and are very good at their jobs. There is complete trust and we all help each other out and work as a team. I have been in media sales for 24 years and this is the best event/editorial x sales team I have worked with.
