
My experience has had two phases. Initially, I had close, in-person support. After a management change, alignment decreased and I can go weeks without speaking to my manager. When I took on new responsibilities, communication was delegated instead of addressed directly, creating gaps in clarity.
We can interact a lot even thought we're not in the same timezone.

The interaction between teams are very good, but because I'm overseas I don't feel part of my team and my countries team.
Being able to experience the outcome of my work in a physical and concrete way is extremely rewarding and reinforces the impact of what I do.
When challenges come up, we face them as a team and focus on finding solutions instead of assigning blame. That sense of collaboration makes a real difference in how we perform and grow together.
The leadership team needs to improve consistency and fairness in role and compensation structures. Currently, people with the same responsibilities hold different titles and receive different salaries. This creates confusion, frustration, and a perception of unfairness.
My manager recently left the company so I'm answering these questions based on my relationship with my current leadership (interin) and Event Leader. In the 2 opportunities I had with the role team, I felt like a part of the team even thought I'm based overseas.
People with the same education and job title as me get paid at least 40% more than me, when I asked for a raise they just said to me that I was in the limit. FYI I have 2 bachelor's degrees and 1 MBA in the country's top universities.
I feel undervalued because I do not have the same title or salary as my peers, despite having the same responsibilities and impact. What would make me feel better is having my role and compensation aligned with the scope of my work, ensuring fairness and consistency across the team.
