a fair pay. for similar role, experience and results, there should not be 10 to 20% gap in fix salary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i know the pay of my peers and i'm 10 to 20% under. for exact same roles, similar experience and good results

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Process needs to be reviewed and changed if they are time consuming. we lose too much time on old tools. Pay should be more fair to retain talents. Remote work should not be a matter
