The different aspects of the job and the people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the 401K although through the years the matching has decreased. The health insurance has been good as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Manager is a great listener, understanding but realistic at the same time, fair and very hardworking. Makes the team feel valued and he does appreciate all of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best team we have ever had. They support each other and want each other to succeed, there is no clickliness, they are all hardworking, do their very best and are incredibly supportive of me every day. I can trust them.
