The teams in business units, the amazing bond between sales, marketing and conferences unit departments
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On a daily basis, I am doing the tasks of other departments, a lot of efforts for few compensation. On top of that, no motivation for growth
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better transparency and better hiring strategy (managers) to help us grow our business and advance to reach our goals. Internal promotions have been recently not even a focus, it is demotivating.
