What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better business decisions, need to stop spending money in projects that are lowering the RX standards. Need to stop the overworking an underpaying the current employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been asked to provide feedback and points of view based on my experiences on different events, but, in the end, it is a waste of time. None of my feedback have been taken into account and in the end the decisions are made by upper management based on false promises.
