It's been a great experience so far, coming up to 8 years of working for RX and I have developed a lot not just at work but also as person. Getting to know different countries and cultures and people have supported that growth of course.

They have providing us with the tools that we need to conduct successful business

We support each other and look after each other. Everybody is inclusive and we share the same values for what we do in our job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at RX love to create special things - at our exhibitions, offices and relationships with colleagues and customers. Everybody has got that particular RX vibe that defines the culture of our business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus plan is not too appealing for sales staff compare to other businesses. The basic salary should be higher especially for senior sales managers who have more responsibility and revenues they bring in.
What makes you most happy at work?
I always look forward to conduct business, ideally hitting targets and provide some good value to our customers so they are happy too. Also love to have a good catch up with my colleagues at work
