More fixed income and less variable pay. We need achievable targets and objectoves as currently they are set-up so we fail and not get paid.
We are barely recognised for real work and achievement. Too much pressure at the moment, and we are not given the means - ressources - investments to achieve goals and targets. We are squeezed as inbetweeners.
Too distant from the reality of what we do, they should be closer to the teams, to the clients and understand the reality to make the right strategic choices. Too many decisions are excel based and not business based.
