There are two topics that are nearly ignored, but we keep trying to bring to light: compensation and training. Goals are set unattainably high, and there are WAY too many trainings rolled out at once. We are having a hard time prioritizing our work and are limited in our financial success re goals.

The people. We do a great job recruiting and (mostly) retaining good talent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some employees are expected to oversee many accounts that are not included in their back end.
