they are approachable, open to ideas, encourage risks, and treat everyone equally
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I deserve an increase to at least match cost of living. I could never afford healthcare and fulltime childcare at my current salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we have a very strong team dynamic within my show team and department. we can lean on each other for best practices and troubleshooting (dept) and the team is always willing to help each other
