fantastic team work and everyone supports each other to make the show a great and successful one
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct manager! Always asking how we feel and supporting us in every single way. CEO's don't stop changing structures and keep shocking the employees with extreme decisions which are communicated in a very upsetting way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
realistic targets and they need to be provided straight after shows. A lot of people are robbed by RX by receiving their targets more than half a year after the shows - especially when there are cases of obvious overperforming
