The project and team i work with environment and my personal projects, wich my earnings can provide, including my children
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are excited and engaged with their projects, a relaxed environment even when we have strong tension with deliveries and goals
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my direct managers, the way they talk openly whenever they can and their availability. I believe they do the best they can for their team. They are people who care about people And this motivates me, as much or more than the financial gains
