I have had a good experience because I've been here awhile but I don't think that the ELT actively cares or understands the work we do. I think the SLT is invested in our future but ultimately must cave into what the ELT wants. I am not inspired by the Executive Leadership team.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I think the people here are really good but the benefits and pay could be much better. There is often a message about their being advancement but most of my advancement has come from being moved into new roles/departments not growing in my current one.

Everyone is dedicated to the work they do and want to see greater events happen.

People genuinly like being happy at work and making others feel happy. People are allowed to be themselves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low for the area we live in. Additionally, company keeps taking away perks like allowing us to use our own cards while traveling

Our pay is below the industry average for positions. And most of the "deals" we get seem more aimed at benefiting RELX vs benefiting us. Eg the making us use our corporate cards over our personal cards.

Pay is not up to the industry average. Our vacation days were cut this year. We do not have sick time. We get few benefits outside of the norm. The extra perks we do get are hard to find/activate.
