I love my job and I look forward to my future in the company, however despite my results exceeded expectations and awards, the absolute lack of HR, adequate career opportunities and way too low wages do not motivate me to stay long in RX.

Inclusivity and respect are core values in the company, even though they are not applied evenly in all territories.

Inclusive, however I feel my unit it's overly punishing over mistakes while others are extremely lenient. Global policies are not global.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The prices in the city are skyrocketing and the compensation doesn't keep up. Wages in RX are no different that an a sme here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am successful in what I do and I was given the chance to be, so I am grateful, but I would like to do it on a fair pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love working in RX, but the salaray is well below the average. The same role is paid about 30% more in other companies and this might be the main reason I might consider changing workplace. I do not like that I have an extremely low allowance for business trips.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RX pay way less than our competitors . The contrast is starking when compared with small event organizers (up to 50% more for the same position). Especially in my region, RX wages are not enough to keep up with increased prices and this is the main reason I am considering to look for another job.
