The constant challenge of business and our management future-proofing our shows with new direction in programming that attracts new clients

My salary is fair, and I am satisfied with my compensation. Other than that the company is not heavy on frills, but I don't need that.

We have the best portfolio in the company: the entertainment shows, which are a constant source of excitement in terms of projects and engagement with our clients.

Our leadership team's creativity and joy of events leads to new opportunities and evolutions in the way we approach our shows and that generates renewed interest in my job year after year.

We have a small but super experienced team that each brings their A game every day to the job. We feed off of each other's successes and experiences. We balance each other.
