I have been with RX for many years and have enjoyed working at RX for most of my time. Unfortunately, a lot of the work experience depends on the direct supervisor, and unfortunately I have had a very bad experience here for the past year.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My fixed salary, and the ability to work mobile.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the frequent clear and transparent video-messages to all employers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most colleagues, mobile work, a certain degree of flexibility in terms of working hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues in my team (except my direct manager) and in other departments are always willing to listen to each other and support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I used to had fantastic direct managers prior, where I could work independently with my own responsibilities. Unfortunatly it is right now the opposite an I got bossed.
