Success - seeing my hard work pay off and create positive experiences for my customers and ultimately the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work from home and have a somewhat flexible schedule. Proper work / life balance is very easy to achieve here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I feel undervalued. My base salary and merit increases are fine, however the revenue goals that have been placed on my team are unrealistic and prevent us from making a decent backend. I make significantly less money here at RX than I have made previously in my career.
