I have greatly enjoyed being a part of this company, but each year the company seems to make choices that make working here a little harder. Less benefits, no pay increases, etc. As costs rise and living is getting harder, I don't feel like my company is doing enough to help its employees grow.

Accomplishing tasks and seeing the work pay off

We all fit together culturally and work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits, better pay increase structure, bonuses, more paths to promotion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all do care about each other, it just feels like us vs them sometimes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Middle leadership does seem to care about the employees they are in charge of even though no action really comes from that.
