RX SIGNS PLEDGE FOR ‘NET ZERO CARBON EVENTS’ AS FOUNDING MEMBER
I love my immediate team and the events we produce. Being able to work remotely is great. However, we are not adequately compensated for our level of work, nor are we rewarded for our performance or skill. Promotions are scarce and annual raises are less than the bare minimum.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my performance has not positively impacted my compensation and I have only ever received less than a 3% raise each year
