Our team is collaborative, creative, and supportive of each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
keeping busy, not being micro-managed. Given the room to make decisions and really contribute in my role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have proven my abilities and skill set for my role, taking on more responsibilities for the shows I work on. Bonus's have been good, but base pay is not appropriate for the role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent in communication in setting strategy and objectives. Provide an environment to try new initiatives and okay to fail, adjust as necessary which leads to being able to be creative in my role.
