We all lift each other up and lend a hand across departments where we can. Because we all succeed together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The upper management works hard to incorporate inclusivity across a broad spectrum, and to lift up everyone. We have opportunities to connect outside of the day to day online meetings, which is nice as most of us are remote now.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I play a small role in making thousands of dreams come true every year. Being able to look out at an event and be satisfied with the way it's running, and know that we're making people happy is very satisfying.
