once again it comes down to compensation. Its frustrating when your salary is not increasing year over year but your performance is. I made much more in 2019 than i do now while maintaining the same level or even better performance

everyone respects each other and genuinely like working together

being able to work at home 4 days a week is huge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more lucrative comp plan with easier goals. Better raises for good performance.
What makes you most happy at work?
the people and if i made more it would make me really happy and not have to live paycheck to paycheck
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Tthey need to realize that employees need to be paid better. The 2-3 % raises are a joke. As a sales person the comp plan used to be much better and goals must easier to achieve. Sales matter less than the process. Also loyalty to the company is never rewarded.
