Too many processes, we can't be creative. The company is not helping us evolve, and not enough recognition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a job title promotion to be corresponding to my work tasks + a raise equivaling it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to care more about their employee and to drive motivation. Nothing is done to make people stay and evolve. We need better recognition of our work and it goes through higher salaries as well.
