This is the first year that, unfortunately, the work environment has become extremely toxic, with communication issues and a hierarchical divide. The lack of clear communication, direct instructions, and excessive micromanagement from the dir.mk has hindered our ability to perform our tasks properly

right now? nothing, in the past it was about my growth

I love the attitude, leadership, and the way they work as a team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A salary increase and having the benefits that come with being a permanent employee, rather than the benefits of contingent workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As an autistic person, I can say that there is an environment that is open to educating itself on the topic and offering help when I need it.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with my team, seeing people from other areas, socializing, and having the opportunity to attend meetings that are normally private online, where I can contribute to improving my work performance.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love that they are open to my ideas, help me grow as a person, and improve my work practices, just as they constantly teach me and support me with any questions I have.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I’ve been with the company for three years, working on a career development plan with my supervisor. However, after the recent leadership change, my growth plan was compromised due to preferential treatment, lack of proper evaluations,and exclusion

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My department director lacks leadership and effective communication skills, so I would like to see him get more involved with his team in the future. It would be beneficial if he had clear and concise communication and, above all, took the initiative to foster unity within the department.
