Remove favourism and act on issues as they will be concerns for 2025 shows

Favourism, politics by Leadership team, telling false comments in the meeting and no respect to juniors
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on issues raised by the teams and act accordingly, they should not favour any particular Person
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I suggestion that everyone should get equal and justifiable salary and compensation but not to any group of personal favourites.
