What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission is well thought out, fair and rewarding, encouraging us to achieve more, work smarter. The benefits of private medical aid, pension etc are also favourable

As a working mom, the flexibility with my role, the support for this and the support for my role, I'm always given the time to ask questions and the opportunity to learn
