I am NEVER bored! I trust the people I work with and I have support if I need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we are all unique is celebrated, I have never felt a sense of nervousness about just being myself. As long as you are willing to show up, work hard and push yourself you are fully supported. It's a business at the end of the day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team rock. We all work hard individually & expect the same from each other. We have a high standard of quality that we all naturally strive to achieve. We are there for each other when things get though. In a busy, technological change environment that is important & makes all the difference
