I believe they do what is expected from them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I guess the leadership should pick more qualified professionals, that would solve the problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect for others, I don' t see a proper culture at the company to be honest.
What makes you most happy at work?
To know that I can count with some team mates, and that I can make a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because our commission payment has changed for worse, our healthcare suffered a downgrade, our salary basis without commission is not fair as well.
