the commitment to our company, the loyalty to our company that even though the managers DO NOT care about us, we give our 100% in our work day by day

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Due to the current conditions of the managers, the current motto is I DO NOT DO THINGS SO THAT THEY DO NOT FIRE ME. We don't care about the employees, we are not valued for our achievements or our capabilities, we have no development of any kind.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

That we are valued by the company, recognized by the company or by the managers who make the decisions, but that they are honest and clear, that we have clear compensation plans, real development plans and extensive communication, that they take their minds off of I DON'T DO IT SO THEY DON'T FIRE ME

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Eliminating bad managers, those who do not contribute anything to the company, those who are not disruptive, those who do not dare, those who do not work in key positions, I DO NOT DO THINGS SO THAT THEY DO NOT MISS ME. but if they spend, travel and have fun and in those cases there is no no budget.
