the company itself and the people have been great. i've enjoyed the job since joining just over a year ago however it was quickly made clear that the team are understaffed and very stripped back since covid times, which can only be down to profitability of the company. Pay does not reflect the work.

everyone is collaborative and willing to give their time to help when needed
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to listen to customers and improve our offering based on their needs and that of the industry, showing that we are listening
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of responsibility and time required to do my job well, the pay is well below other roles within the industry. Teams seem extremely slim since pre-covid times which adds pressure and difficulty to our roles. Compensation in line with the rest of the industry and to reflect hard work.
