Seeing my peers and the fact that i look forward for the time to be onsite.

the leadership team is approachable and open for any ideas and clarifications about the company's progress and development and changes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the testament of real Team Work. We support and count on each other when times get tough. I think if it's not because of our line manager who empower us to be who we are, i dont think the team would be as strong as ever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have got offers from other competitor companies of the same job role (Account Manage) ranging from 50K-60K on yearly basis with incentive program in place apart from the regular pay which i feel there is quite a huge gap. The only reason why i'm staying because my Line Manager is super supportive.
