Everyone is generally open, however, sometimes overworked it's hard to inspire some to collaborate.

Not much is offered for wellness, travel/transport or other value-add benefits in comparison to other businesses.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to find and start projects that have meaning to be and add value to the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The sense of community and activities where people can showcase their strengths (in work and out). I would like to feel closer to my colleagues and the work they do.
