The company has a fair work life balance allowing people to juggle what they need. Going through the process of trying to advance/get promoted at the company has been the worst experience in my professional career of 13 years. The company shows that they do not put employees first with lofty goals

my coworkers are mostly good people who contribute to making the environment a comfortable one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We respect each other and have a true give and take relationship and are willing to help each other out with problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The sales goals have become lofty year over year with no change in structure or additional dollar amount for the backend. Lack of transparency paired with personal goals being over show growth leads to feeling undervalued. Yearly base raises are not enough to keep up with inflation.
