i've beein here for a decade, and keep learning and feeling usefull. I've change position less than a year following a promotion. Still feel like i can contribute and bring value to the team and keep myself motivated

They can give opportunity to employee and some of them take bets
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when we hire people always bely the min wage, there is this groing feeling that nomatter how hard you work, you are always behind.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very much solution oriented, and beeing in front of challenges everyday and try to sort them out is the part i am mostly excited
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the sense of belonging, my husband likes to joke about it and says RX belongs to my father, that justiies why i love this company this much. Funny right
What are some of the best things about your team?
we love working together, and make sure that nobody is blocked in the process. we like to have lunch together and most of the cooperation that we have is around food. Precising that i am in an IT Team so the best ideas come wherever they can
