The co-workers have been so generous and easy to work with, but once there are different points of view, I encounter a lot of avoidance and denial
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to do so many tasks which some of them might not relate to my JD. However, I am happy to help as all members in the team are dealing with the workload. Moreover, during the preparation of the shows, we have been working so late without OT paid which it is not very fair. more OT/salary please
