A fun environment is strived for at the company. The MD and HR do strive for a fun, positive culture

From an MD exec level I feel that there is someone who is open to ideas, drives the growth of employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are members of my team that are great. Work well. But under bad management not all team members shine or demonstrate a good working culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undercompensated. I think that if employees are willing to go above and beyond and demonstrate good work ethic they should be rewarded as such. I have been at the company for the last 5 years and the same people get recognised
